Acceptable Use Policy

    This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs Customer's use of the Inzata platform and related services ("Services"). By accessing or using the Services, Customer agrees to comply with this AUP. This AUP is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service.

    1. Permitted Use

    Customers may use the Services for lawful business purposes in accordance with their subscription agreement. Permitted uses include:

    • Data ingestion, transformation, and preparation.
    • Data modeling, analytics, and business intelligence.
    • AI-assisted analysis and reporting.
    • Sharing insights and outputs within their organization and with authorized stakeholders.

    All use must be consistent with the Customer's subscription tier and the Terms of Service.

    2. Prohibited Conduct

    Customer shall not use the Services to:

    • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or legally binding obligation.
    • Upload, store, transmit, or process malware, malicious code, or any software designed to cause harm.
    • Infringe or misappropriate any intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or patents.
    • Generate, store, or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, or abusive content.
    • Interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the Services or the experience of other users.
    • Engage in excessive automated activity, scraping, or resource consumption that adversely impacts platform performance.
    • Attempt unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, systems, or networks.
    • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise provide access to the Services to unauthorized third parties.
    • Circumvent or attempt to bypass any security, access control, or usage restriction within the platform.

    Inzata reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of this section.

    3. Data Restrictions

    Customer is responsible for ensuring that all data uploaded to or processed through the Services complies with applicable laws and regulations. Specifically, Customer must:

    • Hold appropriate rights, licenses, and consents for all data processed through the platform.
    • Ensure that any personal data processed through the Services has a lawful basis for processing under applicable privacy laws.
    • Not upload data that Customer does not have the legal right to use, share, or process.
    • Comply with all applicable data protection, export control, and sector-specific regulations governing their data.

    Inzata is not responsible for the legality, accuracy, or quality of Customer-uploaded data.

    4. Resource Usage

    Customer's use of computational resources must be reasonable and consistent with their subscription tier. Inzata reserves the right to:

    • Throttle or adjust resource allocation for accounts exhibiting excessive or abusive consumption patterns.
    • Implement fair-use controls to protect service quality for all users.
    • Contact Customer to discuss usage patterns that are materially inconsistent with the subscription purchased.

    Customers with anticipated high-volume or intensive usage requirements should contact Inzata to discuss an appropriate enterprise plan.

    5. Enforcement

    Inzata reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP and to take appropriate action, including:

    • Issuing a warning to the Customer.
    • Temporarily suspending access to the Services.
    • Permanently terminating the Customer's account.
    • Reporting activity to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required.

    Suspension or termination for AUP violations is governed by the terms set out in the Terms of Service.
